Bali 2026 Event Terms & Conditions

Organising Entity

The Your Paradise Bali 2026 event is organised and operated by Your Paradise Pty Ltd, an Australian-registered company. The venue, Tropical Temptation Beach Club, is operated independently by its Indonesian ownership entity. Your Paradise Pty Ltd acts as the promoter and travel package operator for this event.

Tickets & Entry

• —All attendees must hold a valid ticket or confirmed booking to enter the event.
• —Day passes grant access to the event on the nominated day(s) only and do not include accommodation or flights.
• —Travel packages include event access for all three days (August 7–9) as part of the confirmed package.
• —Tickets are non-transferable and must match the ID of the named attendee.
• —Your Paradise reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who is visibly intoxicated, behaving aggressively, or in breach of these terms.

Age Requirement

All attendees must be 18 years or older. Valid government-issued photo identification (passport recommended) must be presented upon entry. Your Paradise and Tropical Temptation Beach Club reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to verify their age.

Health & Safety

• —Attendees participate at their own risk. The event is held outdoors in a tropical environment. Sun protection, appropriate footwear, and hydration are strongly advised.
• —First aid will be on site. Any medical emergencies should be reported immediately to event staff.
• —Attendees with pre-existing medical conditions are encouraged to notify event staff upon arrival.
• —The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and referral to Indonesian law enforcement.
• —The swimming pool and ocean are accessible at attendees' own risk. Lifeguards may be present but cannot guarantee individual safety.

Photography & Media

By attending the event, you grant Your Paradise Pty Ltd and its authorised partners a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken at the event in which you may appear, for promotional and commercial purposes. If you do not consent, please notify staff on arrival.

Prohibited Items

• —Illegal substances of any kind.
• —Weapons or any item deemed dangerous by security staff.
• —Outside food and beverages (water bottles permitted).
• —Professional camera equipment without prior media accreditation.
• —Any items that may obstruct the experience of other attendees.

Force Majeure

Your Paradise Pty Ltd shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, pandemic, war, or acts of terrorism. In such events, Your Paradise will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue credits.

Venue Conduct

Attendees must comply with all directions issued by Tropical Temptation Beach Club staff, Your Paradise staff, and security personnel. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Tropical Temptation Beach Club operates under Indonesian law and its own venue terms and conditions.

Travel & Visas

Attendees are solely responsible for arranging valid travel documents, visas, and travel insurance for entry into Indonesia. Your Paradise is not responsible for any costs arising from visa refusal, border issues, or immigration decisions. Travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and repatriation is strongly recommended.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Paradise Pty Ltd and Tropical Temptation Beach Club shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property at the event. Attendees are advised to secure their personal belongings at all times.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes not resolved by negotiation shall be referred to mediation in Sydney, Australia before any court proceedings are commenced.
