TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MALDIVES 2026 EVENT)
YPM Event Pty Ltd ("the Supplier") is an Australian business operating Your Paradise™ under license. By confirming your booking with the Supplier, you accept the following terms and conditions.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
By completing the booking form you agree to purchase your own travel insurance ahead of the 2026 event, and agree this is solely your responsibility.
UNLESS AGREED IN WRITING, ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.
By completing the booking form you warrant that the information contained in the booking form is correct. You agree to bear all loss, damage or liability arising from any inaccuracy in the information recorded in your booking form.
STANDARD PACKAGE (FLIGHTS NOT INCLUDED)
If you select a standard package, flights are not included, and you agree to purchase your own international flights to the Maldives.
Your Paradise may provide guidance or recommendations for flights but holds no responsibility for your international air travel. Failure to secure flights or an inability to travel will not entitle you to a refund.
Return seaplane transfers between Malé International Airport and Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort are included in your package if selected at the time of booking. Guests who do not book seaplane transfers through Your Paradise will need to arrange and cover the cost of their own transport.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, with a minimum of six (6) months' validity, and any applicable visa that you may require for entry into the Maldives. You cannot travel internationally without a valid passport.
PRICING
Fares promoted are "per person"; however, most packages comprise rooms including multiple guests. The designated purchaser agrees to undertake full financial responsibility for their group and is to liaise with those attending for settlement of the deposit and total balance.
Prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise stipulated. Prices are inclusive of taxes where applicable, but may not include departure fees payable at airports outside Australia. You are responsible for any such fees.
Prices are subject to change due to tax increases. All payments are subject to a 2.9% payment-processing surcharge.
If full payment is not made within seven (7) days of your initial booking, your account will be automatically placed on a payment plan. This plan will include all applicable fees as detailed at time of booking. It is your responsibility to review and accept all payment plan terms, including schedule and applicable fees, as outlined during checkout.
YPM Event Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES (THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE)
DELIVERY OF BOOKING DETAILS, CHECK-IN POLICY AND CONFIRMATION
The Supplier will provide finalised booking details via email and/or customer portal no later than two weeks before the event. You are responsible for ensuring all information is received and correct. Standard check-in and check-out times at the resort will apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the resort.
The purchaser must confirm guest names as per passports no later than 1st March 2026. Changes after this date may result in cancellation. Changes made prior to this date will incur up to a USD $150 administration fee and are permitted only once.
POTENTIAL NO-GO – LACK OF SALES
Your booking is not guaranteed until confirmed by the Supplier. If insufficient packages are sold and the trip cannot proceed, you will be notified at least 30 days before the event and receive a full refund. Any additional travel or accommodation costs incurred are your responsibility.
FEATURED PERFORMERS / ENTERTAINMENT
While every effort is made to confirm advertised performances, the Supplier reserves the right to change the entertainment line-up without notice. Packages are purchased for the overall experience and not contingent on specific performers.
The event will take place from 11–16 May 2026 (inclusive of travel time).
ADD-ONS
Some activities will be complimentary, but add-ons and exclusive parties are sold separately and will be released closer to the event. 'Add-ons' may include exclusive experiences such as boat parties, wellness activities, excursions, or after-parties, and are not included in the standard package price unless explicitly stated.
All off-island travel or excursions must be approved by Your Paradise. All activities must be organised through Your Paradise or the Resort. Some activities and excursions may require you to sign a waiver or release of liability prior to participation. Refusal to do so may result in being unable to participate in the activity.
CANCELLATIONS
All bookings are non-refundable. Depending on your reason for cancellation and your travel insurance policy, you may be eligible for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to obtain travel insurance.
CHANGES / AMENDMENTS
Booking changes after deposit will incur up to a USD $150 administration fee per person per change, subject to availability and Supplier approval. Additional provider fees may also apply.
Final guest details must be submitted by 1st March 2026. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
PRE AND POST-TRIP TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
The Supplier is not responsible for your travel to the Maldives or other associated arrangements. Any third-party bookings are subject to their terms and limitations.
CHANGES IN ITINERARY
The Supplier reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to external conditions, including weather or regulatory constraints.
BAGGAGE
The Supplier is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. Airline baggage policies apply and will be communicated prior to the event.
FAILED PAYMENT PLAN INSTALMENTS
If a payment is missed, a 7-day grace period applies. Failure to pay within that time may result in cancellation without refund.
MATTERS OF DISPUTE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge that satisfaction varies by individual and agree the Supplier is not liable for personal preferences.
Your booking establishes direct contractual relationships with airlines, accommodation providers and third-party vendors. Their terms may limit liability for personal injury, delay or baggage loss.
The Supplier is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
PROMOTIONS / WEBSITE
The Supplier strives for accuracy but reserves the right to update prices, availability and package inclusions at any time.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. No further consent or compensation is required. Professional cameras are not allowed; phones and action cameras are permitted.
CODE OF CONDUCT
You must behave responsibly and respectfully. The Supplier reserves the right to remove any attendee for conduct deemed disruptive, including:
If removed, you will bear all costs and will not be entitled to any refund.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
The Resort enforces responsible alcohol service. Service may be refused to anyone appearing intoxicated.
PRIVACY
Your information is stored for event and promotional communication. You may unsubscribe via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
COVID-19 or OTHER
All guests must comply with health and travel entry requirements of the Maldives and any other relevant jurisdictions, including but not limited to COVID-19 testing, mandatory vaccinations, or health declarations required by local authorities.
